16 days against violence: Styria misses violence protection strategy – against violence against women

Graz – Violence once morest women and girls takes place – in all social classes: It ranges from extremely controlling behavior, verbal attacks, threats and intimidation to physical acts of violence and killing. In Styria, a violence protection strategy has been developed with experts over the past few months. It should serve the federal state as a “compass for new measures”, it said at the press conference in Graz.
