Easier Access to Increased Family Allowance for Children with Disabilities – Domestic

Vienna – In the future, families with children with a significant disability should be able to apply for the increased family allowance for necessary additional costs more easily, as decided in the family committee on Thursday in the run-up to the Day of People with Disabilities (December 3). Specifically, as of March 1st, the disability pass should be sufficient as proof of a significant disability, additional medical examinations or findings are no longer necessary, according to a broadcast.
