NEW YORK — A New York college student has been reported missing by his family while studying abroad in France.
The parents of 22-year-old Ken DeLand Jr. have created a website in an effort to share information regarding their son, who they say has been missing since last month.
His loved ones said the last time they heard from his son, known as Kenny, was on November 27 as he was boarding a train to Valence, in southeastern France.
