16 Dec. 2022 – Mr. Thepparat Theppitak, President of EGCO Group, revealed that EGCO Group together with Hitachi Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Hitachi Energy (Thailand) Limited signed a memorandum An understanding of the implementation of the project to study the development of technology and intelligent systems. under the project “Accelerated Digital Transformation: DX Study” in industrial estates “EGCO Rayong” to jointly develop a plan for technology and intelligent systems suitable for this industrial estate. The results of the study are also used to build on other development projects of EGCO Group as appropriate.
This cooperation is in line with EGCO Group’s goal in developing industrial estates. “EGCO Rayong” located in Map Ta Phut Municipality Muang Rayong District, Rayong Province, with an area of 621 rai to be a green intelligent industrial estate. which has been announced in the Royal Gazette as “Special Economic Promotional Zone” to support the industry Both S-Curve and New S-Curve types, with 4 targeted industries receiving investment promotion in the EEC area, namely digital industry modern automotive industry Robot manufacturing industry including the aviation and logistics industries
