During the festive season, the carrying out of cultural and recreational activities of a public and commercial nature, such as dances, shows and others, requires visa authorization from the competent bodies of the Provincial Government of Luanda, the provincial commands of the National Police and the Protection Services Civil and Firefighters, informs the communiqué of the GPL, to which the Kianda’s mail had access.
The statement also informs that the fireworks displays must be carried out in places indicated by Organs competent bodies and by companies accredited for the purpose, “observing the norms of order, safety and biosafety”.
“The carrying out of these activities on sidewalks, squares, plazas, squares and other establishments not licensed for this is prohibited”, says the note.
The GPL communiqué further states that, likewise, “religious celebrations, including vigils, must be carried out within places of worship, safeguarding an environment of peace for all, avoiding noise pollution and practices that violate public order. and social peace”.
