Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman, a professor and consultant in clinical education, revealed the best healthy way to lose weight without dieting.
Al-Othman said, in a video clip through his account on the “Tik Tok” application: “The best healthy way to lose weight without dieting; First: Do not come to the meal when you are hungry and eat useful, healthy and high-fiber foods, such as salads, cooked vegetables, fruit salads, or soups.
And he continued: “Make sure to eat one or two of these foods one hour before the meal, and when you eat the main meal, you eat in very small quantities,” noting: “The second stage, use the healthy plate system.”
