A nuclear medicine center was officially inaugurated in Formosa as part of the National Plan initiated in 2014. It will be integrated into the network of centers in this specialty that already operate in other parts of the country linked to public hospitals and in three months of operation it has already treated more than 100 patients who previously had to move to other provinces.
