You can find Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon in Primal Raids held at specific periods, starting with the Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn (Las Vegas). Primal Raids are similar to regular raids, but the Pokémon you face will be more powerful than any you’ve encountered so far.
