They arrested him for stealing a phone with an armed hand in El Callao

Supposedly, he was traveling on a motorcycle with another subject and under threat of death, they stole the victim’s phone.

A citizen was arrested for the alleged theft of a telephone, carried out in the company of another subject in El Callao.

The Bolívar State Police (PEB) reported that the victim filed a complaint with a patrol brigade, which moved to the Los Próceres sector, where they found the accused, and following a chase, managed to capture one of them and recover the stolen mobile

The victim indicated that the pair threatened to kill him, using a knife. The officials transferred the detainee to the El Callao Police Coordination Center (PEB).
