Change the rules of the Neuchâtel election to the Council of States a few months before it is held, by urgently reintroducing the matching of lists abolished six years ago: the POP and Le Center recently submitted to the Grand Council a modification of the law in that Sens. It has already obtained the support of the majority of the legislative committee, by seven votes once morest four and two abstentions. The plenum will have to decide at its next session.
