VinaPhone mobile network lost signal in some areas

Many people think that the phone has a problem and restarted the phone, but then the signal line still doesn’t show up.

Some other users said that they were on the phone when the call was interrupted, others said that when sending SMS messages, the phone said it might not be sent.

Some users in Ha Long (Quang Ninh), Hai Phong, Bac Giang … shared on social networks that they also encountered the same situation. Many users said that they use both VinaPhone SIM cards on the same phone, but the phone only displays the network name and the bar does not show any bars.

And in Ho Chi Minh City, some users in the central area of ​​District 1 and District 3 also reported that they encountered a loss of signal and wavering of the phone signal. Many people reported that making calls was interrupted or unable to make calls. They have to do it many times before they can make the call.

The representative of VinaPhone operator initially said that there was a mobile network problem causing communication interruption in some areas.

At regarding 6 pm on February 3, a representative of VinaPhone network said: “At 4 pm on February 3, 2023, there was a problem of network congestion, making it difficult to contact VinaPhone subscribers in some areas. VinaPhone was fast. Technical remedial measures were quickly implemented and following that the phenomenon was rectified, service and communication returned to normal”.

VinaPhone representative also said, VinaPhone sincerely apologizes to users for the inconvenience during using the service and looks forward to receiving sympathy from users.

Earlier, earlier this year, another network operator, MobiFone, also encountered a similar situation when some subscribers in the Ho Chi Minh City area of ​​this network suddenly might not be contacted.
