Nicaise Monrose on agriculture: “we need a public policy adapted to the agroecological transition”

The Assembly of Martinique adopted, on December 22, a strategy for the transformation of Martinican agriculture. This strategy, which revolves around fifty measures, aims to promote agricultural diversification and food self-sufficiency, by emphasizing agro-ecological production methods.
