For the records that need to be edited, the Test Center guides candidates to do the following: Candidates use the registered email box (email) thi HSA Send a request for correction of information with a photo of citizen’s identity card to the address: [email protected], with the title “Support for editing records;” Specify the information to be corrected; Candidates only send 1 email and do not re-send it many times.
