We plan to urgently build 3 thousand buildings for the affected people in Turkey and Syria

The supervisor of the King Salman Relief Center, Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, confirmed today (Tuesday) that there is a need to continue helping those affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria for weeks and perhaps months, due to the great scale of the tragedy.

Al-Rabeeah explained, during an intervention on the “An-Nahar Bulletin” program on the “Al-Ikhbariya” channel, that the Saudi aid campaign was present in Turkey and northern Syria, and today it is in Aleppo, indicating that the door to volunteering is still open, especially in light of the need for specializations related to the disaster.

He added that the center was able to provide temporary tents for those affected by the earthquake, and it will build 3,000 temporary buildings for those affected by the earthquake. The necessary medicine, food and urgent health care.

He mentioned that the Kingdom was one of the first countries to be present urgently following the disaster, as it is communicating with the Syrian Red Crescent to set priorities and provide support in Aleppo, noting that the Kingdom’s aid reached separate locations in a short time.
