Problems with tax equalization: hundreds of thousands of pensioners affected

The phones at the Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) are running hot, because numerous retirees are still waiting for their tax equalization for the year 2022. Normally, the payslips of the pensioners have to be sent by the pension insurance to the tax office by the end of February in order to be able to carry out the tax equalization.
