While many of you may have re-experienced the opening of Resident Evil 4 thanks to the currently available Chainsaw Demo, we’ve seen a few different people get creative with adaptations of this opening, and this includesA full LEGO remakeEdition, now a Studio Ghibli-like animation from Capcom Asia.
The short animation segment, titled Resident Evil 4 Anime: Episode 1 – Leon and the Mysterious Village, sees Leon S. Kennedy venture into a secluded Spanish village, encounter several Canadians, and then get hit in the head with an ax . Despite what the cute animation style might suggest, it’s actually pretty grim.
