A fishing game sold by the furniture giant Ikea is the subject of a product recall. The government site rappel.conso specifies this Thursday that “Ikea’s multicolored BLÅVINGAD fishing game must be returned to the point of sale because of a risk of respiratory arrest in young children”.
“Despite our precautions, we have been informed that small rivets on the toy can come off and pose a choking hazard, especially to young children” if they put them in their mouths, notes Ikea.
A toll-free number, 0800603606, has been set up. The game was sold in Ikea stores across France.
