The Apple Watch Ultra is the most expensive smartwatch ever released by the brand, but an American jewelry store has made the accessory even more luxurious with a special edition of the wearable. De Billas Lux, famous for refined Apple and Samsung smartwatches and cell phones, announced a customized version with unprecedented details for the model.
The company has made the luxury edition of the watch available with a new vibrant blue anodized titanium bezel, replacing its only gray hue option. In addition, the bracelet of the custom model is gold plated. Check it out in the video:
According to De Billas Lux, it is possible to create different color options for the Watch Ultra’s titanium frame — except black. “I get a lot of requests [para produzir um modelo preto]but the color is not on the spectrum,” explains a member of the company Watch Plating Proswho created the custom edition of Apple’s smart watch.
The luxury treatment of the smartwatch is reminiscent of products by Caviar, a Russian company famous for using incredibly rare materials — from fragments of meteorites to parts of dinosaur fossils — in customizations of cell phones, headphones, video game consoles, among other categories of products.
It’s possible buy the deluxe version of the Apple Watch Ultra for $1,499, that is, regarding R$ 7,609. It is worth remembering that the original model is sold on the Apple website for US$ 799 in the United States. In Brazil, the value of the smartwatch with taxes is even more aggressive: R$ 10,299, but it is possible to find it in retail stores for lower prices.
The watch stands out for having a titanium frame — much more resistant than the stainless steel of other Apple models — to house its large screen capable of reaching 2,000 nits of brightness. In addition, its battery can offer up to 36 hours of use, promising the best autonomy in a branded smartwatch.
