WHEN WAS THE FIRST TIME THE TIME CHANGE WAS IMPLEMENTED IN MEXICO?
In Mexico, daylight saving time was applied for the first time in 1996 in the government of President Ernesto Zedillo. After 26 years, exactly in July 2022, under the administration of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, an initiative was presented that finally led to the elimination of the time adjustment in the nation.
