They have been a topic of excitement for years, and the result of a citizen survey in Paris is now bringing them back into the conversation: on Sunday, with a turnout of 7.46 percent, almost 90 percent voted in favor of banning the rental of e-scooters. From September 1st, scooters will be banned from the French capital.
