On February 8, Gyeongnam Yangsan Police Station arrested Mr. A in his 60s on charges of crashing into a security guard who was working with his car near former President Moon’s sister-in-law in Habuk-myeon, Yangsan-si.
Prior to this, Mr. A was known to have made a fuss by lying on the floor and struggling when he was stopped by guards while trying to approach former President Moon’s sister-in-law.
Afterwards, he drove his own car parked nearby and crashed into one of the guards.
The police officer who was hit by the car suffered bruises.
