“Health Warning: Foods to Avoid During Suhoor to Reduce Thirst – Ministry of Health Recommendations”

The Ministry of Health warned once morest eating a group of foods during Suhoor. This is due to the fact that they contain large amounts of salt, which increases the sense of thirst during the daytime hours.

The ministry recommended avoiding eating salted cheese pie, as it is made of salty dough and cheese soaked in salt, along with salted chicken breast fried in oil, and diet salad served with fried bread and canned French sauce with a greasy and salty texture.

It also called for avoiding eating fried potatoes that are served with hot, sour and salty sauces, and pepperoni pizza that contains canned and salty meat, olives and cheese.
