The Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadi made an inspection tour that included the Great Mosque of the State and the Mosque of the great companion, Bilal bin Rabah, to check on the progress of work in medical clinics, the level of care provided to worshipers and chapels, and preparations for the revival of the twenty-seventh night of the holy month.
The minister referred to the provision of 27 medical clinics with all the necessary medical supplies and technical staff distributed to a number of mosques in all governorates of the country, according to the increasing density of worshipers, in addition to the provision of ambulances equipped with the appropriate numbers of medical emergency technicians.
He explained that field clinics in mosques have so far provided many medical services for different cases, most of which suffer from chronic diseases such as pressure, diabetes, or asthma, or suffer from fatigue, joint pain, headaches, and other familiar symptoms.
In this regard, the Minister appreciated the tireless efforts of the Medical Emergency Department and the relevant sectors of the Ministry, calling on worshipers who suffer from chronic diseases to take medicines and treatments regularly and according to the instructions of the attending physician, wishing everyone good health and safety.
