Building destroyed by flames in Brot-Plamboz. A fire broke out around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the residential part of a farm. The four people present at the time of the events were able to be evacuated. No injuries are reported. The 58 head of cattle located in the adjoining farm might be saved in time, indicates the Neuchâtel police. Twenty-five firefighters were mobilized on this fire, as well as 17 police officers and five from Civil Protection. In addition, 11 vehicles were also deployed to the scene. An investigation has been opened to try to determine the causes of the accident.
The road between Les Petits-Ponts and Val-de-Travers will remain closed for part of the night. /comm-sbe
