The General Social Security Fund (CGSS) and more particularly its corporate debt collection part stopped “without warning” the moratoriums of 12,000 VSEs and SMEs in Guadeloupe. Construction is one of the sectors concerned and today these entrepreneurs intend to make themselves heard.
