Five months following a new closed-door hearing on the air disaster that claimed the lives of 152 Martinican passengers on West Caribbean Airways flight 708, the Fort-de-France Court of Appeal issued its decision yesterday. The authority attributes the accident to the sole responsibility of the pilots, who died in the disaster, and confirms the dismissal pronounced by the investigating chamber.
