Al-Iraqi mentioned in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, “A historical document, Bayra’, and the handwriting of my leaders, Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr, which was written on the eighth day of Shawwal 1444, to be distributed by a specialized committee through the private office and then signed and fingerprinted on it until before the anniversary of the martyrdom of our beloved reference to consider what It shall be followed by issuing another decision resulting from this document.
He added, “We ask everyone to cooperate, discipline, centralize, and not be unique and distracted in signing it. There is a special party that will collect it to deliver it to His Eminence directly.”
And he concluded: “So wait, I am with you among those waiting, and enough harm to your leader, with all my respect to the obedient and loyal.”
