The Italian antitrust agency (AGCM) has confirmed the opening of an investigation once morest Apple for alleged abuse of dominant position in the applications market.
According to preliminary data, the Cupertino giant penalized application developers by imposing “a more restrictive privacy policy” than the one that applies to itself.
