In another sign that the European Union admits that it is fueling the Ukrainian conflict, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, has reiterated that the confrontation will end if the West stops supplying Kiev with weapons.

Speaking this Saturday June 3 at the Shangri-La Dialogue, Asia’s most important security and defense forum, which is taking place in Singapore, the European official argued that he “knows how to end” the conflict in Ukraine.
