As previously announced, the President of the Union of the Comoros, who is also President of the African Union, arrived in Conakry on the evening of this Friday, June 23, 2023, for a visit of friendship and cooperation.
This visit by Azali Assoumani is part of the bilateral cooperation between Conakry and Moroni. Comes a few days following the cancellation of the visit of an ECOWAS mission to Guinea, as part of the evaluation of the progress of the transition process.
