The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) informs the public that MC II Concrete declared having sold, on June 26, 2023, 894,434 TGCC shares at a unit price of 140.03 dirhams, falling directly below the participation threshold of 10% in the capital of the said company.
Following this operation, MC II Concrete declares that it holds 2,296,658 TGCC shares representing 7.26% of the capital of the said company.
In the six months following the crossing of the aforementioned threshold, MC II Concrete plans to stop its disposals on the TGCC value.
