According to a newspaper report, former Wirecard boss Markus Braun is going to the German Federal Constitutional Court in a dispute with insolvency administrator Michael Jaffe. Braun’s lawyer confirmed this, reports the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” (Wednesday edition). The complaint against the Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Munich was filed on May 11, the paper quotes lawyer Bernd-Wilhelm Schmitz as saying. The judgment of the Higher Regional Court in January was incorrect.
