There are great promotions on external SSDs from Crucial, the X6 and X8. Indeed, the 2 TB versions are respectively worth 108 € et 113 €.

The Crucial X6 is an entry-level USB-C external model, which can reach around 800MB/s in its 2TB version. The slightly faster X8 — it goes up to around 1 GB/s — contains a NVMe SSD in strip. Both models exist in other capacities, and they are also on sale: 63 € (1 TB) and 214 € (4 To) for the X6, 72 € (1 To) and €234 (4 TB) for the X8.

Crucial prepares the arrival of the X9 Pro and X10 Pro
The reason behind this promotion is obvious: the Crucial X9 Pro and X10 Pro. They are faster and more compact, even if the X10 Pro uses a technology absent from Macs (USB 3.2 at 20 Gb / s). We are preparing the tests, but they are currently on pre-order at a slightly higher price than the X6 and X8: 185 € (2 To) for the X9 Pro and 240 € (the same capacity) for the X10 Pro.
