Many of you have reported problems to us this morning on the Proximus network, with in particular the impossibility of making phone calls via mobile phone.
The site Allestoringen seems to confirm a peak of difficulties since 11 am, first in Brussels and Antwerp, but you also relay difficulties to us in Mouscron, Ath, Gosselies, Sambreville, Namur, Lasne or Verviers, in short almost everywhere in the country.
The outage concerned calls between mobiles but not SMS or the Internet network. Fixed lines do not seem to be affected by this problem.
It would not be a generalized breakdown, informs us Proximus, which speaks of instability. Technicians are working on the situation to resolve it as soon as possible.
Proximus informed us of the resolution of this instability at 12:15 p.m.
