Rail traffic has been interrupted since 12:30 p.m. Saturday between Dinant and Yvoir following trees fell on a road adjoining the railway at Bouvignes, threatening overhead cables, says Infrabel.
There is no damage but the firefighters asked the manager of the rail network to cut the current on the catenaries in order to be able to intervene. The duration of the interruption is not yet known.
SNCB has introduced replacement buses.
