Juan Manuel Bustillo, his wife Heberlins Pérez and his brother-in-law Heberson Pérez were released following they were kidnapped in Monterrey, in the state of Nuevo León.
His relatives confirmed the information, according to Panorama. They said that the citizens are in good health and that they will continue on their way to the United States.
The foreigners had to pay a ransom to be released, although the amount of money that the perpetrators demanded from them is unknown.

Along with the three Venezuelans were five other nationals, who were also released.
