Genoa – After his AS Roma’s 4-1 defeat in Genoa, Jose Mourinho spoke on Thursday evening of the “worst start to the season of my career as a head coach”. The Romans are currently in 16th place in Serie A with just five points from six rounds. Mourinho cited the many injuries as one of the reasons for the failures. He also recalled past brilliant deeds: “I don’t think Roma have ever been to two European Cup finals in a row.”
