Ried im Innkreis – The judiciary will once more deal with a 32-year-old Innviertel man who was sentenced to two years in prison, eight months of which were unconditional, last Tuesday in the Ried im Innkreis regional court for re-activation. Although the man had accepted the verdict, the prosecutor found the punishment too low: he filed an appeal once morest it within the legal deadline. He announced this on Friday.
