Great kings can be seen in the Stone Hall of the Bavarian State Parliament: Max I Joseph and King Maximilian of Bavaria. In full regalia, they look down on the people proudly and aloofly. You can certainly guess how the current ruler, Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU), fared when the first projections were shown on the screens in the evening.
