Vienna – After the dissolution of the self-proclaimed Armenian Republic in the Caucasus region of Nagorno-Karabakh, peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan is getting closer. Both countries have declared their willingness to begin negotiations on a permanent peace agreement, Russian news agencies quoted Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan as saying on Tuesday during an appearance on Armenian television.
