World Menopause Day

On the occasion of World Menopause Day, we take stock of this period in a woman’s life marked by the cessation of ovulation and the disappearance of periods. Generally occurring between the ages of 45 and 55, menopause can manifest itself with symptoms affecting women’s quality of life: hot flashes, fatigue, irritability, sleep problems, etc.

How to best live this period? What treatments exist to counteract its symptoms?
