LEWISBURG, W.Va. — The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) has issued the following media advisory:
Members of the media are invited to attend the visit of the 2023 Class of Leadership WV to the WVSOM Lewisburg campus, starting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26.
What: Leadership WV – Healthcare Session
When: 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 26.
Where: WVSOM Campus, 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901
The WVSOM visit starts with HealthNet Aeromedical Services landing a helicopter on the campus at 2 pm. There will be tours of the campus facility from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m.
There will e photo, video and interview opportunities. Media should reach out to Communications Director Don Smith at 304-550-0454 when arriving at campus.
Leadership WV will start the day at the Greenbrier for sessions on healthcare. The agenda for the full session and a list of class members at attached below.
