Anti-Semitic posters were stuck on several walls this morning on the Rue Haute side of Brussels. One of them was placed under the emergency sign of the Saint-Pierre hospital in Brussels, in the interior courtyard of the hospital.

“It was immediately torn off,” confirms the press service of Saint-Pierre hospital. Two others were stuck on the exterior walls of the institution, including one on rue aux Laines. A fourth was seen on the facade of the Prado shoe store, rue Haute towards the metro.

The poster reads “Zionists, Nazi murderers. Descendants of Hitler’s camps. Stop the Palestinian genocide.”

The hospital reported the incident to the police and filed a complaint. “A report has been drawn up and we will carry out an investigation, in particular via the analysis of surveillance cameras”, confirms the press service of the police of the Brussels-Capital-Ixelles zone.

This offense being a criminal offense – here it concerns incitement to hatred, racism and anti-Semitism – the case will be redirected to the Brussels public prosecutor’s office.
