At a young age (2001) she had her breakthrough in the film adaptation of the novel Heidi. After several roles in films and series, she came to Tatort in 2019 as Alwara Höfels’ successor. To prepare for this role, she did an internship with the Federal Police in Dresden.

Martin Brambach was also born in Dresden in 1967. Raised by his mother, he found out at the age of twelve that his father was not his biological father. He dropped out of high school and then went to the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum. Between 1985 and 1994 Brambach was often seen on the stages of various theaters. His film debut took place in 1994. As someone who often only has to be content with supporting roles, he took on a role in a feature film as the main actor in 2009.
