The Turk cycling team won runner-up in the overall standings in the final stage of the third edition of the Nasser bin Hamad Amateur Tour, which concluded last Saturday in Bahrain with the participation of 18 Gulf teams represented by 161 riders, through cyclist Saeed Abalwash. The Emirati team also continued to excel by winning the podiums in The first and third stages.
Turk team manager Zaal bin Zaal said that the achievement is the result of the teamwork of the players, and expressed his appreciation for the support of the sponsors, most notably the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation “Emirates”, Al Barari Real Estate, Airex Cycling and Oakley, for their continued support in foreign participations. The team’s delegation in Bahrain included the administrator, Muhammad Darwish, and the riders: Saeed Abloash, Majid Al-Sayegh, Saeed Marwan, Adel Jalal, Hussein Al-Najjar, and Hassan Nyan.
