Snap has unveiled Lens Studio 5.0 Beta, a tool for augmented reality (AR) creators that promises a significant improvement in productivity with “18x faster” loads, according to Snap, for complex AR projects. In partnership with Open AI, a ChatGPT API is now integrated for a more interactive experience, while a 3D face mask generator enables expressive creations. The tool also supports collaboration with version control tools like Git for collective projects.
