Is fine pasta really better than the stuff from the supermarket? – Greetings from the kitchen

I write regularly regarding pasta and just as regularly write regarding how important good pasta is for a good result. Accordingly, I sometimes put a certain amount of effort into purchasing pasta. Since De Cecco, my old pasta minimum standard and everyday pasta, is only available in selected Austrian supermarkets and the shelves are filled with dubious own brands instead, I have been ordering my pasta online in Italy – and then choose goods that I know from Naples and that, in my opinion, are really good.
