At the request of the Liège public prosecutor’s office, Verviers division, the police issued the following notice:
On the evening of Friday December 22 to Saturday December 23, 2023, Olivier ROCHE, a 59-year-old man, left between 11:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. the establishment “La Taverne de Rome” located Place de Rome in Malmedy. He has not since shown himself.
Olivier is approximately 1m78 tall, has a slim build, has graying hair and wears glasses.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing blue denim pants, a mid-length black jacket, a navy blue sweater, brown shoes and a red scarf.
