The ex-partner of the former deputy chief of Police Gustavo Folli, who remains imprisoned by order of prosecutor Guillermo González, will appear this Friday at Courts II of Córdoba as he wishes to be a plaintiff.
Folli was arrested in the last few hours by order of prosecutor González for two serious issues: the alleged active role that the former commissioner general would have had in the framework of the case for the trout authorizations; and, in parallel, for alleged gender violence once morest his ex-partner. The woman would have been forced to have an abortion.
With the advice of lawyer Fernando Vázquez, the woman will appear at the prosecutor’s office to be a plaintiff and closely follow the evolution of her case.
In another order, Folli is expected to be investigated by the prosecutor. This would only occur following the judicial fair.
