Loic Brujaille-Latour, a 26-year-old culinary prodigy, has returned to the country following visiting Philippe Etchebest’s Bordeaux restaurant “Le quatre mur”. It offers frozen foie gras logs with local flavors throughout the holiday period before its departure to Australia in 2024.
